how do you make all of your lines do those things? Do you just do it frame by frame, like a claymation, moving each part a little bit?

well, i'll email you, but here's something, I don't think you need much work. I see you used the timeline effects. Also, You can draw, so you got graphics down. That song, in the credits, what is it?

anyways, I want to say nice try, looks like it could turn out very good. There are always tutorials on this website, you can find them in various places, or just search for tutorial. I suggest posting this on deviantart (.com) I know some people there, who are pretty good, so they can help. my name there is darksora21. look me up if you want.

Also, I found this funny. It had a humor touch to it. You may be able to keep this from being blamed! with some luck
